I just got back from my hunt with Spiral Horn Safaris and couldn't be
happier. Hunting with them is like hunting with your friends except these
friends guide you to the best game, track, skin, cook and clean and even
open your beer for you. You spend each evening around the fire after a
gourmet meal and discus any topic that comes up. They even make sure you
have a good last meal and are checked into the airport easily. I can't say
enough about their hospitality and care they showed me. I'll be planning my
next trip over soon.

There are few times in life when your experiences mirror your expectations.
This hunt with Louis and his team met and surpassed all my expectations! The
experience was everything I hoped. From the charter flight in on their own
plane to the last day out Louis was attentive to my needs and wishes. I took
great trophies, ate some excellent food, shared some great stories around
the fire "bush TV" and took home with me memories that will stay with me for
the rest of my life.

I recently had the pleasure of hunting with Louis Van Bergen of
Spiral Horn Safaris. It was my first trip to Africa and I did not come
away disappointed. I brought the whole family (Wife, Daughter and Son).
Louis made sure that everybody needs were not only met but were
exceeded. Both my son and I hunted. I hunted with a bow while my son
chose to gun hunt. Both of us had great success. I was able to shoot a
55" Kudu, which has been a lifelong dream. My son say's that he thinks

I have just returned home from my first hunting trip to South
Africa; a 7 day plains game hunt in the Limpopo region just south of the
Botswana border. I hunted with Louis van Bergen of Spiral Horn Safaris.
To say that I am pleased would be an understatement. The service and
accommodations was first class. The value for the dollar outstanding.
Thanks to Louis I came home with a 23.5” Impala, 35” Gemsbok bull, 28”
Waterbuck, 28.5” Blue Wildebeest, and 25” Nyala. I have been informed
that 4 of these are potential record book material. But most
importantly, I came home with a heart full of memories and a new friend.
