Bookings, reservations and payments:

• Reservation must be made at least six weeks before the Safari commences.
• Bank guaranteed cheques, travelers' cheques or cash is accepted. We apologize for not having credit card facilities.
• SWIFT transfers could also be made into our South African bank account of which details could be provided.
• All costs incurred during the Safari, including trophy costs, are payable on completion of the hunt.
• Payment currency would be in American Dollars.

Cancellations:

• Cancellations are subject to four weeks notice in writing
• 50% of the deposit is refundable should the hunt be cancelled at least 3 months in advanced
• Full deposits can be carried forward for Safari at a later date
• When re-booked for the following year, the new price list will be applied
SAFETY
• While every precaution is made, no responsibility can be accepted for any acquired illness or loss nor any expenses incurred as a result.

Other Conditions:

• Trophy fees are payable in respect of all animals bagged or wounded.
• The client is obliged to notify the Outfitter of any special medical health conditions (i.e.: heart problems, diabetics, asthma, allergies, etc…) at least ten (10) days prior to the arrival date.

Liability:
While every effort will be made to ensure the client's safety, NO responsibility whatsoever will be accepted for any accident, injury illness or loss whatsoever, nor any expense arising from such accidents, injury, illness or loss. It will be expected of the clients to sign an Indemnity Form before safari starts.
